Ingredients
- Scotch whisky45 ml
- Amaretto liqueur15 ml

Recipe
- 1.Place a few ice cubes in your rocks glass to chill it while you prepare the drink
- 2.Add the Scotch whisky and Amaretto liqueur to a mixing glass
- 3.Fill the mixing glass with ice to about 3/4 full
- 4.Use a bar spoon to stir the mixture for 20–30 seconds. This chills and slightly dilutes the cocktail for a smoother flavor
- 5.Discard the ice in the chilled rocks glass and strain the mixed drink into it
- 6.Add a fresh large ice cube or two to the glass and serve
